No physical activity is another major contributor to heart disease than any other reason in women who are above 30 years of age. Earlier smoking was considered as the cause that caused heart disease in women aged between 22 to 27 but it has been studies that these women after the age of 30 dropped off this habit and become inactive and hence after the data that was gathered from the survey participants that gave surprising results.
